Boarding stay- Drop off and Pick up time

We ask all guests arrive for drop off between 3-6p, and check out times are between 8-12p. (special exceptions can be made on case by case basis)

Requesting Late Check Out: Morning check out times are between 8-12p. EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT NEEDED?? Please call 240.278.6335 to request with the front desk prior to your stay. If early check in/late pick up is available for your assigned room, a $20/per dog fee will be added to your stay at check out. Please arrive for late check out between 3-6p. Early check in is between 8-12N

Boarding stay- What to bring?

Don't stress... you only need to bring food! Please see below proper packing instructions.

WE PROVIDE BOWLS, BEDDING, TOYS, & TREATS!

We ask that you label all your belongings/bag with your pets first and last name. NO BEDDING FROM HOME PLEASE!

How to pack your food and medication for your upcoming stay

We ask all guests arrive with their meals individually prepped and bagged as how you would like it fed. Medication is to be left in the original prescription bottle with your dogs name and dosage clearly labeled.

**Please keep daily medication separate from food packed

What vaccines do we require for all services?

We require your pet to be up to date on Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper to keep them safe and all of their furry friends.

Required Vaccinations for Dogs:

· Rabies – 1-year or 3-year (must be current)

· Distemper/Parvo (DHPP/DAPP) – 1-year or 3-year (must be current)

· Bordetella – Required every 6 or 12 months depending on your veterinarian’s recommendation

· Canine Influenza – Highly recommended but not required

Waiting Period After Vaccinations:

· Distemper & Rabies: Guests must wait 5 days after receiving these vaccines before entering the resort.

· Bordetella (Routine, Non-Expired): Guests must wait 5 days after vaccination before entering the resort.

· Bordetella (Expired): If a Bordetella vaccine has lapsed, guests must wait 14 days after vaccination before entering the resort.
